A 5-minute ballpark request, with the homeowner's project already written up.
If you pulled a City of San Diego ADU permit this year, you may get a short request from us: ADU type, size, ZIP, a sketch or plans, photos and start window. Reply with a ballpark range and what it includes. That's it.
What you get
Briefs that are worth pricing
Written-up projects
Every brief comes from a homeowner who has already told us the ADU type, ZIP and timeline.
No fee, no race to the bottom
No cost to reply in the pilot. The sheet shows what each price includes, so a complete turnkey price isn't beaten by a bare one.
Your choice
Reply to the ones you want. Ignore the rest. Ask us to stop and we stop.
One spot
Become the featured pro
Our rule is to give more than we take. So the featured pro gets the first pilot requests free while we prove this works, before anyone talks about money.
What the featured pro gets
You're asked on every homeowner request in the pilot (the first 10 San Diego homeowners), and you see each brief first. If a homeowner wants one builder instead of a comparison, we suggest you first, with their OK.
What it costs during the pilot
Nothing. No contract, no card, no fee per lead. Price only the jobs you want. Ask to stop and we stop.
What we ask in return
Reply to the requests you take within 3 business days, with a ballpark range and what it includes. Keep your CSLB license active. Tell us honestly whether the requests were worth your time.
After the pilot
If the requests turn into real site visits, we'll offer to rent you the featured spot, at a monthly price agreed in writing before anything is charged. If they don't, you walk away and owe nothing.
How we keep it fair for homeowners
There's one featured spot. Homeowners see "Featured" next to your row and still see other builders' prices side by side. Featured never means "recommended". We pick based on a reply, an active CSLB license and 2026 City of San Diego ADU permits, not on who offers the most.
Where your name came from
Public City of San Diego permit data lists the permit holder on each issued ADU permit. We use that list, plus a license check on the CSLB site, to decide who to ask. We don't publish it as a ranking.
